I am currently facing the same issue with the Tableau server,Could you please let me know if the issue has been resolved,if yes,please do share the solution.
Please open a support case for this issue by emailing email@example.com . It would be super helpful to include server log files in the email you send. http://kb.tableau.com/articles/knowledgebase/creating-tableau-server-log-files
If you have a test environment, it would be good to install 9.0.6 there to see if the issue is solved in the mean time.
