I absolutely love this question! It truly is one of the best asked, most well-stated question I've seen on the forums lately. Thank you Tay for participating in our forums. Hope our members work out an answer for you quickly!
You can do this with INDEX() and a calculated field.
INT(INDEX() / [Page Size]) + 1
INDEX() gives you the row number. Dividing this by an integer or in this case Page Size parameter gives you the page number. Convert Page to discrete and drag it to the filter shelf. Then right-click Page > Add Quick Filter.

Hi Shawn ---
There is an advantage to less specific questions. You can answer them however you want and feel good about yourself. I'm in Europe, just woke up, and a two-minute how-to was exactly what I needed. (Maybe it's even useful to Tay.)
However, this is not the answer I'm looking for.
I want to group the data into individual pages by a field id.
I suppose there is a reason that a simple quick filter on your field id doesn't work?
Perhaps you could post an example using the built-in Super Store data set.
