More than likely, but it's going to be highly dependant on your data structure. Can you post a tbwx with mocked up data if necessary?
I have attached a sample twbx file that includes made up information but shows how my data is structured. What I want to be able to see if I can do is if I filter for a Level 1 Leader using that field, it will show a list of Level 2 Leaders and how many associates each level 2 leader has under them. If I had a Level 2 Leader filtered for instead, can the visual now show me Level 3 Leaders and how many associates each Level 3 has under them?
Attached is a v8 file. Under the assumption you cannot open this, you need to create a parameter called [Level Parameter], with a list of integers 1,2,3
Then a calculation [Selected Level]:
case [Level Parameter] when 1 then [Level 1 Leader]
when 2 then [Level 2 Leader]
when 3 then [Level 3 Leader]
Then setup the view:
