    _background_tasks :: started_at - created_at = delay ?

    Keith Helfrich

      Hello,

      In _background_tasks, can someone please confirm the following for me ?

        - created_at  is the date and time which the job was "supposed to run"

        - started_at is the date and time on which the job "actually began to run"

      And, if the above is true, then started_at - created_at = amount of delay.

      For example:

        - created_at = 1:30:46 AM

        - started_at = 1:35:46 AM

        - hence, job delay = 5 minutes

      The reason for the job delay, for example, could be a shortage of backgrounder work processes (among other things).

      Please confirm, thank you!
