    Email Alerts - How to find out why a process went down.

      I've had emails alerts set up for awhile now and I have never received an email that a process went DOWN but do occasionally receive a surprise notice that Gateway Service and Active Repository Service are UP.

       

      I received two sets of notices (4 emails) last night on this.  Is there a way to check what is causing this?  We are on 8.0.3 as of last Saturday.
