Extract refresh from an Access database with a password

If you want to run an extract refresh from the server against an access database that is password protected, what would you need to do differently?

Error we are seeing is "Could not lock file".  A separate access database worked from the same subfolder which means the service account has access to the folder.

Hi Dustin - I just tried this out for kicks, and it works fine for me

          1. Create MSAccess database password protected with the pw "Test"
          2. I connect to it using Tableau via a fileshare - not a direct folder path or mapped drive (see below), and am promoted to enter the password...I enter the password.
          3. I create a viz, create an extract and publish the workbook.
          4. I click Scheduling and Authentication, choose a schedule and choose to embed the password (see below)
          5. Publish completes, and when I run manually run the task associated with the subscription, it completes with no problems.

          Are you doing anything differently?
