Would you be able to share a packaged workbook (using dummy data, or even the Superstore Sales sample data included with Tableau) to give a starting place for understanding what you are trying to do?
In the below screenshot you can edit title window and in the window you can see insert button right ?
when i click insert i dont find any dimensions. Is there any way to get all dimensions there ?.
I have seen in one tableau training video showing all the dimensions when we click on insert button in edit title.
i got it when i right click on the view to get dimension but can we view the calculations under insert ?
You should be able to add any field (dimension, measure, calculation) to the Title via "Insert" as long as it is part of the view (i.e. the field is on Rows or Headers or Color or Text or Level of Detail or etc...). Does that work?
Joshua's correct, the field needs to be on the view in order for it to appear in the title with the Insert button. Place it on the level of detail shelf if necessary.
I also noticed on the screenshot that the Title object was selected, not a worksheet. The Insert button with dimensions will only work with worksheets, not dashboards/objects.
Hope this helps!

Tracy is correct. I just wanted to point out that creating a 'dummy' worksheet with only a title showing (so you can access the Insert fields) is a very common practice. There are several posts on these forums on how to do this. It can be a bit tricky at first to get a 'clean' title, but it can work great once you learn the ins-and-outs.
got it .
thank you all for the replies.
