I have a list of support issues around mobile phones that contains about 1.5m records. This is the denominator. I want to come up with an exchange rate calculation. The numerator is a filtered list of the mobile phones that have some sort of exchange filter associated with them. This list is about 500k.
I cannot figure out how to use the non-filtered list as the denominator and the filtered list as the numerator to get an exchange rate percentage. So the formula would be something like "Filtered Exchange List/Total Number of Support Issues=Exchange Rate%"
Thanks, I tried that but the result is more like a % of total, than an exchange rate.
Here is the formula I tried COUNT ([RESOLUTIONCODE])/TOTAL(SUM([Number of Records])). If I use SUM I get an error that says "SUM is being called with a string"
