First create an .xls file, with 2 columns, Country and Amount.
Country Amount Australia 32 Canada 61 China 97 Finland 74 Georgia 26 India 40 Israel 30 Italy 34 Japan 1 South Korea 24 Norway 85 Netherland 93 UK 62 US 63
Then, paste or import the excel sheet in Tableau. Because you use Country as column name Tableau automagically recognize the field having a correct geographic name and generates longitude & latitude.
I have attached a packaged workbook with the map.
Hope this helps.

Thanks a lot, Cristian. I could follow the steps easily and generate the visualization.
Now I realize that I need to make some more changes.
Would you kindly let me know if it is possible to replace the bubbles by simple rectangles of identical size? I would like to mention the name of the country and the corresponding number within each rectangle.
Thanks a lot for all of your help.
Thanks and regards,
