Have you checked the entry in the Tableau Desktop logs at the time this occurred? Do they show any useful error information?
They should be located in your Repository. e.g.
C:\Documents and Settings\user\My Documents\My Tableau Repository\Logs
I checked Log files. I am not very strong technically, however i have tried to see if i can understand.But couldn't understand.
I can share log file with you if you would like to look into that.

I had the same trouble this morning, & found that the problem was with the tableau repository being on a corporate private drive that was not getting synced. Share your log file if you'd like me to have a look.

This has happened today at around 10:28 am,16th May.
I can't see anything in the log files that would be useful to diagnose this problem.

If neither of those threads are helpful, it might be a good idea to open a support case with Tableau Support.
Sure I will check these links and will contact Tableau Support in case if this issues continues in a future.
