We have a log for quality control items. Items are touched several times, but I want to capture the max date that a particular item was visited. For example
Ticket 1 was handled in 5/11, 6/11, and 12/12 I would like to show that as a count only in 12/12 - final closed status. Is there a way to do this. I was thinking maybe a count max(date) but that doesn't seem complicated enough. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
