I don't believe there are any hard limits on rows so you should be able to extract 150 million +. Here are some things you may want to consider:
- How wide is your data set? The more columns, the larger the extract and the longer it will take to process.
- How 'heavy' are your data types? Larger types will again result in a larger size on disc and increase extract times.
- Are you processing the extract using the Tableau desktop client or in Tableau server? If you have server in your environment you may see performance gains running/refreshing the extract server side.
