I use the desktop version of Tableau and I have a file with 30+ worksheets. My client wants many of the tables and graphs generated by Tableau to cut and paste into a report that he is authoring. Sharing the Tableau file is not an option. If my only option is to export the worksheets, is there a quick way of exporting all the worksheets to Excel at once? I already attempted to select multiple worksheets and export but only the active sheet exports. Since I will be getting the same request from other clients in the future, I am looking for the most efficient method to supply worksheet data without having to export one worksheet at a time.
Blurgh. No - if reeducation (Tableau Reader?) is not a possibility, will PDFs do? If not, you could print to pdf, then use a pdf2xl type converter to dump that to Excel.
