Eileen McDaniel, PhD and Stephen McDaniel started Tableau's worldwide training program as partners of Freakalytics, LLC. In 2012, Stephen became the Director of Analytic Product Management at Tableau Software, but he has not lost his passion for educating and reserves some precious time to still do that.  Eileen, a scientific researcher by training, found that business analysts lack the formal, step-by-step method to collect and analyze their data that exists in the scientific circles. Out of this inspiration they created the SEVEN C's framework in their 2012 book, "The Accidental Analyst: Show Your Data Who's Boss."

Now they are taking it all a step further by marrying what they know best: highly skilled training for Tableau with an analytical approach for data that leverages the power of both. Unbeatable. Their organizational tagline is 'Practical Analytics for Better Decisions.' Whether you are an accidental analyst, or an intentional one, there is value here for everybody.
