    Budget vs Actual in Third Column

      I have attached a Tableau Workbook with Actual and Budget Data for Sales and Cost by Region.  The input data is from Excel and each row of the data contains Version (Budget or Actual), Type (Sales or Cost), Region (US, AP, or EU) and Amount (i.e. the quantity value for that record).

       

      I have calculated Profit using a calculated filed (Sales - Cost).  The sheet shows the data with Sales, Cost, and Profit in the rows and Actual and Budget as columns.

       

      How can I create the calculation to compute delta values and delta % showing those two new items as the third and fourth colums for each of Sales, Cost, and Profit?

       

      Thank you for any guidance.  I am on the steep side of the learning curve here!
