Line chart zero is being moved above the axis with a dotted line?

Do in dual axis line chart with 3 lines and synchronized.  When I have the first 2 lines in zero is on the axis and how i want it to be.  When I drop the 3rd line in the zero becomes elevated above the axis and a dotted line is put in to mark where zero is which creates wasted space between the dotted line and the axis.

          Hi Kevin,
Can you provide a screenshot or example? It is difficult to tell what exactly you are asking. If you have 3 measures on a dual axis, some of them must be sharing an axis in the Measure Values shelf. My guess without seeing any visual is that you might be dropping the 3rd series on the rows shelf and it is not synchronized as you state.  Another possibility is that you may have some unintended negative value in your data. Please provide more information if you need more assistance.
