Refresh Report From Parameter of SQL Table (Live Connection)

Hi,

I am stuck by the fact that " a Report in Tableau cannot take parameter from Data Source (eg SQL SERBER Table) . "

Is it true?

My scenario is:

I have Report of Employee Leave History and i am using this Report in my Web Site through Pasting its Embedded Script in Source Code.

I want , When User Log in my Web Site, he could only see those Rows where Row contains his Name in Text Report of Tableau.

Kindly , tell me How this is possible?
