    Account disabled/missing, can't save project or verify

      Hi all,


      I signed up with Tableau Public last July, and today I did a little work on a chart for the first time since then.


      Upon trying to save the work however I got the message that my account was frozen, and I was have to go online to verify it.


      I tried to reset my password, and was told the account didn't exist.


      On going online, I was told my account didn't exist too! I've now recreated the account with the same e-mail address, but I still can't save the project I was working on, as I get the message that my account is locked if I try to sign in via the client to effect the save.


      What's going on?
