Can you post a sample of each of the sheets?
Perfect, and what do you want to join - what's the end analysis you want to do? I see:
REGION LIGUE LIEU ANNEE
that you could join on, but I don't understand what your end goal for the data is.
Actually. I try to make analysis of medal table (number of medal) and placing table (points for finalists) for each french region at the national championship for each year. They do the same ranking for the olympics with nations.
So I would like to use a global filter for year. Even if I use global filter for the right figure it doesn't change the left figure. I understand I have two filter for years one for the medal table and one for the placing table.

You don't need to join them (and I don't think can in a sensible way). You can use parameters to filter across datasources: http://www.interworks.com/blogs/eshiarla/2011/01/14/filtering-multiple-data-sources-using-parameters-tableau-6 or http://www.tableausoftware.com/about/blog/2012/7/filtering-parameters-18326
or some clever use of data blending: http://community.tableau.com/message/195741#195741
Thank you Alex.
It was easier for me to add some lines in my datas to get what I wanted.
I add a line with the total of points of the placing table in the column MEDAL.
And I did one graph with the 3 medals filter excluding the placing table and one graph with the placing table filter excluding the 3 medals. So I can filter the 2 graphs by year with not any problem.
