Would love to see this as well in Tableau
As far i as know there is no official connector with SPSS. However if you want to go ahead you can try using the odbc driver, but you need qualified IT support to finalize the task.
Where do I download my ODBC drivers for IBM SPSS Statistics 19 or Modeler 14.1?
Worth reading is this thread also
My organization is interested in purchasing SPSS modeler and we were also wondering if you could use Tableau to visualize the SPSS modeler data. Has anyone actually tried and been successful connecting the two? I don't see anything in the comments or additional links that confirms the two play well together.
If anyone has had any experience with the two working together I'd love to hear from you.
You can export .sav file to excel, open your .sav in SPSS then File=>Save as=>Excel ( mark: Write variable names to spreadsheet) and click save like in this tutorial.
Your data in excel will be in cross tab, You have to make them more "Tableau friendly" by using Tableau Data Reshaper. Here is tutorial how to instal the Add-in.

and film-tutorial showing the same http://www.tableausoftware.com/videos/survey-data
It's not the best solution, it's not automatical but just saying lol
There is also plug-in Colectica for Excel a free tool to import Stata and SPSS Data into Microsoft Excel
I have never used it, so I can't give any opinion, but it looks like the tool imports data as crosstab...
