I think you can also replicate the worksheets (each w/ a different filter) and put each on a dashboard.
Thank you for the feedback. I don't think I can recreate using new dashboard/worksheets because the filters are global, and will affect the entire workbook.
I tried playing with the pages shelf, unfortunately, I can't seem to use it from a worksheet to drive the entire workbook. I tried setting the pages shelf in one worksheet (DV - Leases Chart worksheet), then in the dashboard using that worksheet as a global filter, but it's not working.
Any thoughts from here?
Thank you everyone and have a great weekend!
Does anyone have a chance to take a look at this question?
Thank you so much!
I have just been working on a project with 26 Dashboards and 125 worksheets.
Each dashboard contains 4 of the worksheets.
Everything comes from the same set of data but one field breaks the data into groups A, B, C, etc.
One each dashboard I have the group filter with one group selected for example A is selected on the first.
The trick is to right click on the filter on choose the "apply to worksheets", then select only the "A worksheet/s" for the A dashboard.
This makes the filter on each dashboard independent from the filters on all the other dashboards.
I did have a little problem caused by originally selecting "apply to all worksheets".
I had to delete all the filters, read them and apply the filters only to the specific worksheets.
