Run as User Account Or NT AUTHORITY\NetworkService

I will be doing the Tableau server installation for the first time.  We have two Windows server.  One will be used as a database server S1 and other will be the App server S2.

So after reading the documentation I believe I have two choices to install Tableau server on S2 as below.   Which one I should choose?

      Option 1) Use NT AUTHORITY\NetworkService
The server's default Network Service account (NT AUTHORITY\NetworkService) doesn't have the correct permissions for connecting to data sources on other computers.

Option 2) Create a dedicated Active Directory (AD) user account for the Tableau Server service to run under, called a Run As User account.
A correctly configured AD account does.

      Please help me finalize it.
