    How to create conditional Annotation

    T M

      Hi All,

I have a trended report with multiple filters. By default the point annotation get applicable for all the filter values.

I want to be able to create a Point Annotations on the chart for a particular filter value.

Example : Filter "Furniture" values "Table", "Chair", "Bed".

I want to add annotation only for "Furniture" value equals "Table".

Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks in advance!

      Regards,

      T

TM not really sure I understand your issue, but I suspect that if you use a 'Mark' (instead of a 'Point') annotation for one of the Table marks you'll get what you want. If you provide a sample workbook using the Super Store data, or a least a screen shot of how you're using the annotation, I'll be able to better help you.
