I think if you review the deisgn of your dashboard, with an aim to use the Paging shelf effectively, you will be able to achieve the result you are after. The Tableau knowledgebase on Paging is available here.
Good luck!

ramprasad potturi Sep 12, 2012 4:05 AM (in response to sirajmandayippurath)Thank you
Siraj. I have gone through knowledge base article you pointed and also online help on page shelf. This does not have option to set number of records to display on a page. In my view I have Region, Product category, Product sub category and product name and I added product name to the page shelf. Please see fig below. When I click on next page button(>), contents of my view does not change, only product name displayed in the tile changes.
Please suggest how to add paging to the view. Thanks,
Ram

sirajmandayippurath Sep 12, 2012 4:11 AM (in response to ramprasad potturi)Hi Ram,
I think the reason that you see only the title changing is because you still have Product Name on the columns as well as on the Pages shelf. Have you tried adding something like Product Sub-Category on the paging shelf?
Regards
