It is possible, yes, but your sample data is missing a second measure -- the Google analytics screenshot shows one measure as the overall size of the pie, and another as it's height above the x-axis.
If you add in another measure, say Profit, then it can be done by creating a calculated field using the TOTAL function on Profit and adding that to the rows on the chart and change the compute method to product (rather than cell which sums up profit for all products AND years). You can then add drop lines and another line chart to replicate the original if you want.
