    Scheduled extract erroring out

    John Cantu

      Hi-

I just upgraded to Tableau Server 7.0.7, and a scheduled extract that was running in the previous version (7.0.0) is failing and spitting out the following error: Data definition not valid unless solitary.

Any ideas what this error represents?

Nevermind, I believe this is the database returning an error on the SQL, and not so much a Tableau thing. Just weird how it worked prior to 7.0.7.

            Looking more online:

The scheduled extract uses SQL initalization with the data connection. So I'm going to turn this back to Tableau to see if they have anything to say about any changes to Teradata data connection that would prevent this from working in the maintenance package.

              Hi John

Did you get any reply from Tableau on the issue or did you find a workaround.

I am using 8.0.2 and getting the same error when using Initial SQL
