I think this is a good topic as we want our hard work as developers to be valued by our customers. A robust process and support system is critical for customer satisfaction and continued usage. It would be nice to see general process flows and resource skills required.
Hi Dianne, I agree completely that this is a critical topic. We at Childrens Hospital Colorado are gearing up to roll-out Tableau by the end of the year and would really love to hear how others have created responsive, adaptible processes in support of Tableau.
