This could be related to a driver installation issue.
Please download and install the Microsoft Access Data Engine 2007 from our website - http://www.tableausoftware.com/community/support/drivers
If the driver above does not resolve the issue; I would recommend sending a support request with the following information to firstname.lastname@example.org
1. Screen shot of the error message, including the 'Show Details' information (if available)
2. Date and time of the issue
