Hi Tony,
When taking the Top 10 percent or 50 rows, you may notice that less members of a dimension are returned. This is because if there are multiple instances of the same member, it will be included in the top 10 or 50--it is based on the row rather than the member. When there are more than expected this could be because of the the percentage is being used, and depending on the amount of data you have it may return more than expected.
