Sorry for misleading you, Anand. It was a guess, as the behavior is similar in Microsoft SQL Analysis Services (the cubes of Microsoft) tht Ihave seen. Unfortunately I have no better ideas to try on your Oracle 11g.
On Oracle database aliases are not available for “Continuous” dimension type, so all FK dimensions need to convert to “Discrete” dimension type.
