It depends exactly on which duplicates are trying to be found. However, one option may be to use the MIN or MAX function.

I have a source file that includes multiple rows for 1 individual record. You can think of it as the main record. The other rows are linked to this record by a different data field, but for totals, I do not want to duplicate the main record.
The help suggests right-clicking the dimension, and making changes to the Unique Values context menu, but when I right-click on the dimension, there is no option for Unique Values context menu.
