    Published workbook recovery

Hello guys, I'm recently took over of the tableau server environment.

And some of the published workbooks on the server doesn't open (logged in as administrator). I get this in the browser.

An error occurred on the server. The details of the error are:

      Click

the Refresh button in your web browser and try again.

      If you continue to

receive this error please contact your Tableau Server Administrator.

Question I'd like to ask where and how  I can start to troubleshoot that error. Can it be that workbook is missing and only path to it exists?

Any input would be helpful thank you.

          Hi Jazon,

The details of the error are not appearing. Would you be able to re-post it or type them out? Thanks!

Thanks for reply Tracy, but this is what I get.

And I can't see details, but I looked at it yesterday deeper, and I think data connection is not available, but I can't figure out how to check there data connection is pointing as some of the data connections has "edit" option and this one doesn't. I guess if I would be able to repointed to a new connection it would work, originaly is pointing to a cube file, but not sure how to change it.

            Thanks
