2. Date and Time the issue occurred

4. Tabcmd log files which are located at:
- C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data\Tableau for Windows Server 2003
- C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Tableau for Windows 7, Windows Vista, and Windows Server 2008 R2.
5. If possible, the workbook that is being exported to PDF. This may allow us to reproduce the issue locally.
