    New "My Case" is Excellent!

      The new Customer Portal is great. Best part is you can actually submit a support case without filling in a whole bunch of irrelevant information! The form doesn't kick you if everything isn't filled in. Now I'll actually use it to report "issues" instead of always sticking them in these forums. Great job folks!
