The best option would be to first reshape your data so that Sales, Variable Costs and Fixed Costs are measures. Refer to the following KB on information on how to do this:

After this has been done, two calculated fields can be created:
This calculation will be called Gross Profits
if sum([Sales])<sum([Variable Costs]) then sum([Sales]) end
This one is Net Profits
if [Gross Profits]<sum([Fixed Costs]) then [Gross Profits] end
