No, the closest you could get is probably using cntrl and E to get the summary information - any calculation on the sheet will be shown. You could add all of your calcs to a single sheet I guess.
Out of interest, why do you want to do this?
I would like to be able to export a financial statment to Excel and change numbers and have the totals recalculate.
I am with you on this one, it would be very great if the formulas would migrate in Excel

I'm pretty sure you'll never see this - maintaining a backwards path to Excel with a conversion for calculations? Why bother doing the work in Tableau - just do it in Excel.
You're right about the cntl E - I thought it listed formulas as well - clearly not.
To AW, you can do "what if" style work in Tableau using parameters.
