How do I show percent difference between two sums in a table

I have customer counts that have certain criteria each month. My table shows a current month snap shot based on the Report Date parameter. I want to show the sum of customer counts for all months from the beginning of the data up to the month of the report, the current month. That total is in I also want to show in the same table the total sum of customers for up to the previous month and the total sum of customers up to the same month in the prior year. I have created calculated prior month and prior year fields that give me these totals. I now want to see the % difference between the sum for the current month and the sum for the prior month and also the % difference between the sum for the current month and the sum for the prior year. I cannot figure out a way to show these comparisons without using the date field as a column header. I am new to Tableau so I am sorry if this is a simple question.

      Thanks in advance!
