We're moving Tableau 7.0 and we have static HTML content we'd like to put in the Tableau web container that is specific to each site. So, if a user is authorized to view the Tableau workbooks in a site, they are allowed to view the static HTML content. If the user doesn't belong to the site, they are not allowed to view the HTML content.
Is this possible in Tableau 7? If so, can you point me to instructions?
David, while you might be able to inject some additional static HTML content into "our" pages (in an unsupported fashion) , one can't do so on a site-specific basis, nor can you leverage security to show/hide this stuff based on identity.
