    Tableau iPad - Cannot Open View - The network connection was lost

      When using the Tableau iPad application, I can log in, I can view the Gallery examples, but when i try to look at my own published workbook, it give the message : "Cannot Open View - The network connection was lost"

       

      At the top of the screen there is some kind of progress bar, which seems to be only half way. Not sure if that is relevant to this.

       

      Any help or pointers would be appreciated.
