That's not currently possible. The team is always working on adding new connectors to this list, however, so keep watching for updates.

Tableau Prep Builder connectors for Google Drive or Dropbox are not currently built into the product.
A full list of supported data sources, are available on Tableau Prep Tech Specs page below.
A possible alternative to connect Tableau Prep Builder to a data-source not listed is to use the use the new ODBC implementation, introduced starting with version 2019.2.2 and later.
Practically, using ODBC connector on Tableau Prep Builder, you can connect to any data source using the Other Databases (ODBC) connector that supports the SQL standard and implements the ODBC API. Connecting to data using the Other Databases (ODBC) connector works similarly to how you might use it in Tableau Desktop, however there are a few differences. For more information, please refer to the help article below.
Additionally, the article below provide more information on the new ODBC connector.
Hope this helps!

Now that published data sources can be used as an input, you can achieve this result. Just create new data source in Tableau Desktop (Connect > To a Server > Dropbox), switch to extract and save wherever temporarily and then publish that data source to Tableau Online/Server (make sure to embed the credentials when publishing) and schedule to refresh however often you want. Then in Tableau Prep you can use that new data source on Tableau Online/Server as an input.
