I believe that is a permissions issue with that List. You could also create a Support ticket for this to see if the log shows additional information.
I do not think this is a driver memory issue at all.
I hope you can get a Support ticket to figure out where that is coming from.

Do you mean to create a Support Ticket with Tableau or our internal Tableau Infrastructure team?
I would suggest starting with the Tableau IT team and then they can work with Tableau Support with you attending perhaps? That is what I would do in your shoes as this could be that the listed items in that connector page could be the issue that they would have to change in Sharepoint. Hope that helps.
