Not from Desktop. Server's Alerting/subscription functionality can do some of that, within certain limits.
The VizAlerts utility can do that and more but is not officially supported by Tableau.
Unfortunately, I don't know of a way to do it from Desktop. On Tableau Server, in addition to subscriptions I've used tabcmd and ActiveBatch scheduling software to do exports and email tasks. I've also used Alteryx, which has a "Desktop Scheduler" license, to do automated reporting and emails, but it's a pricey license and the viz tools are inferior to Tableau (great for data prep and analytics, though).

So Michael's suggestion is the correct answer. You'll need Tableau Server to this the legal way.
Tableau server is the best option to get pdf every day and tableau desktop will not easy thing.
