hide row in crosstab if column is blank & how to add cross tab as second data source in book

    Eric Renner

      Hello,

      I'm using Tableau desktop 2019.1.

I have a dataset that I have created a crosstab in. Below is an example. The values under DASB, KETO, & MAST are counts of a column called: Event.

I want the rows that do not have a value in DASB, KETO, or MAST, to be removed from the Crosstab. So in the below example: 1-2, 1-4, & 1-5 would be dropped from the table.

I feel like I need an INCLUDE calculated field but I'm not sure.

My second question would be, is there a way to turn this crosstab into a second data source for the current book or do I have to export it and then start a new book?

      Thanks in advance,

      Eric
