Accessing base maps in 2019.2 onwards

I'm using the beta for v2019.2 which I know is due for full release soon, and have found that when creating a map (or even opening the one from the packaged "Regional" workbook) in Tableau Dekstop hits a problem with our corporate internet rules, presumably due to the new Mapbox integration.  This hasn't been a problem with prior versions of Tableau Desktop, using OpenStreetMaps.

Is there a website or IP address that Tableau Desktop is making a call to in loading the base maps which we can instruct our IT teams to whitelist? I can see on the Mapbox website it suggests sites if you're working with the Mapbox REST API, but is that what Desktop is actually doing?
