As a troubleshooting step I would attempt to make sure the Extract API has been properly installed.

Yeah i'm pretty sure that i followed all steps.
Here is a picture where we see that i can import the API, but still have the same issue.
What is weird too, is that import error:

Hello Everyone, has this issue been resolved. The API worked for all but two days, then I started getting the same error message. Using 2018.1

The error's message you are getting "Hyper Server did not correctly" might be that the folder is not specified and the default cannot be written by the user. Check that the folder where you are writing the extract already exists, and that you have permissions to write to the folder.
