    Last Month Count And All Months count in the same Worksheet

      Thanks in advance for your help! What I'm trying to accomplish is creating a calculation that will Distinct count of last month Employee And as well as all month employee count in same worksheet.  As per the attached screenshot  I am getting additional zeros in my Last month count which I don't need I want all records in single row for specific level.. 

      This October Month 6 % is 1129/18863
