You should try the Makeover Monday book. It is a super fun book that gives you the best way to improve your level of Tableau skills. This is for any level of expertise.. even a beginner can progress to the next level or a intermediate can gain more insights to move to the next level.

I will go with the Make over Monday book for now but will distribute the links above to the rest of my team.

I have Ashley Ohmann/Matt Floyd's book "Creating Data Stories with Tableau Public," which is a good book for beginners (like me): Creating Data Stories with Tableau Public - Ashley Ohmann, Matt Floyd - Google Books
I think The Truthful Art, by Alberto Cairo, is a great introduction to the principles of information design (it's not focused on any specific app). https://www.datarevelations.com/truthful-art.html
