It could be any number of events - are you experiencing bad internet ?
What happens if you try to republish the viz a second time ?
This pop-up appear to me also the first time yesterday.
It was an error due to the update at the same time of the rights/autorizations management in Tableau Server.
Troubleshooting for me: go in the Authorization page (Hope you are the Project Manager on your case), reupload yourself and then wait couple of minutes and republish from Desktop.
For me it solved my case, hope it will solve yours !

May be that time my internet has some issue.
Actually i have tried to published 3 different workbooks same time. When i publish them second time One by One. it is successfully published.
