    Create calculated field to work on multiple columns from database

      I have a column in my database as "Data_Type" which has values like following:




      I want to create a calculated field such that when the value in the Data_Type field is 'Decimal' then it shows only till 2 decimal places (i.e., like 1.00, 2.00 ..) and when the value is 'Percent' then also with only showing till 2 decimal places, a percentage sign is also added (like 98.50%, 99.50%...). I want this calculated field to work on all the columns (i.e., GOAL, W2, W3, & W4). How do I achieve that?
