I would recommend opening a support case for this issue. One possible cause of this is that the port for Tableau Server's Data Server component was changed. If that is the cause, it can be corrected by following these steps:
- Download the workbook in which the view is created from Tableau Server.
- Open the workbook in Tableau Desktop.
- If necessary, create a new connection to the published data source, replacing the old one.
- Publish the workbook to Tableau Server.

Which browser are you using? is it Safari? you can try clearing cache. If your problem is solved, I am also facing same problem can you help me? In my case clearing cache did not help me.
